Mitch Stokes - Programmer / Analyst
Mitch joined our team on March 10, 2020 and helped enhance our Payroll Software to allow our clients to generate PDF files for each employee that show their annual compensation and benefits including pie charts and graphs that automatically generate for each employee. Mitch also helped enhance our Staffing program to allow it to automatically determine distances between stations and work locations. Mitch has years of experience with API Integration including system expansion to work with another data sources, Web development and custom programming in Javascript, JQuery, VBA, Python, PHP, HTML and CSS. He is an Excel automation expert. Mitch utilizes automation to quicken the pace of activities and to relieve the stress at work.

Bill Bracken- Software Developer & Consultant (October 13, 1938 through April 18, 2015)
Bill Bracken was an awesome and gifted developer and a great guy with a great sense of humor and a heart of gold. Bill was key in designing and developing our Payroll, Finance and Utility Billing modules. We acquired City of La Habra as our client because of Bill Bracken and our company owes Bill Bracken a lot for all of his invaluable contributions over the years. Bill suffered from heart disease and cancer towards the end of his life. Despite his condition, Bill insisted on continuing to provide support to the City of La Habra up until his last days. Bill lived the dream of doing something that he truly loved with all his heart. I carry on his passion and love for software development. I took this picture of Bill while having lunch with him at a golf resort near his home only a short time before he left us. A couple of parting statements Bill made: "Jim, I've had a good run. I have no regrets" and "don't wait for retirement to enjoy your life for you may lose your health by then.". Bill Bracken was a gentleman and a scholar and he was my friend and I will do my best to ensure his memory and legacy will live on forever through the contributions that he has made to the design of our applications.
